The famous Sarawak Kampua noodle is a Foochow delicacies in Sibu and most probably loved by people in whole Sarawak besides Mee Kolok. The Kampua is just a very simple noodle, serves in a plate with traditional lard which is the secret behind the fragrance of it. Then, opping with few slices of meat, a sprinkle of fried shallots and spring onions. The secret behind the fragrance of the Kampua noodle is of course the traditional fat, which is Lard. At first, The Kitchen Food Manufacturing S/B started to do Instant Kampua Packaging in a very small scale. Later on, the idea came out from customers who would like to takeaways and bring those “frozen kampua” overseas. As we all know, it’s not a good experience to eat “frozen kampua” in overseas as the taste will be no longer fresh. As a result, the idea of instant noodle has successfully revolutionize kampua noodle into Instant Kampua, And now anyone can enjoy the instant Kampua at anytime.
